Das Hauptgebäude und das Bootshaus verfügen u.a. über Veranstaltungsräume für bis zu 90 Personen, ein Restaurant mit Sonnenterrasse und Seeblick sowie über ein Hallenbad und Sauna (im Preis inklusive). Mit ihrer malerischen Lage inmitten des Naturparks Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide ist die Anlage eine Oase der Ruhe und zugleich ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren ins Mecklenburgische Binnenland oder an die Ostseeküste (ca. 70 km). Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, darunter charmante Städte wie Waren, Röbel, Malchow oder Plau, sind in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Das  à la carte Restaurant, das Hallenbad und die Apartments/Ferienhäuser wurden 2012/2013 aufwändig saniert. Hier finden Sie behaglichen Wohnkomfort für 2 bis 6 Personen.
